Choose your crops
“Before you start, think about which vegetables you eat the most,” advises Folko Kullmann. Make a list of the vegetable plants you want to grow before you start sowing and planting. And estimate the quantity of vegetables that you usually buy at the market or supermarket over a given period (…) to then assess the quantity of plants needed ”.
The potatoes are very simple to succeed: just plant in a pot (the Potato Pot of the Elho brand is a must) or in the ground a few organic potatoes which start to sprout. Salads too, radish in planters or raised vegetable garden.
Finally, don't forget to create plant hedges with small fruit trees that will provide you with all your desserts: raspberries, Apple tree (columnar why not), pear tree (trained if necessary), actinidia, kiwai ...
